Atlas Twp. – Three suspects are expected to be arraigned this month before Genesee County 7th Judicial Circuit Judge Richard B. Yuille in connection with two local break-ins.
Guilty pleas were made July 12 by Sara Davis of Grand Blanc, Nicholas Perris of Goodrich, and Larry Linton of Goodrich.
The three confessed last month to a pair of Ridge Road break-ins reported April 29.
Linton, 20, is charged with one count home invasion first degree, carrying a maximum 20-year sentence; one count home invasion second degree, carrying a maximum 15-year sentence; and one count possession of a stolen firearm, carrying a 10-year sentence.
Davis, 18, and Perris, 19, are charged with one count each of home invasion second degree.
