Brandon’s Laura Kwiatkowski has been selected to the Honorable Mention All State Golf Team.
Kwiatkowski was a junior this year and has been a unanimous first team selection in the Flint Metro League for the past three years. She has also been on the all-tournament team for all three years she has been in high school.
Her nine-hole average this year was 42.2 while her 18-hole average was 83.5. She was a medalist in nine out of ten nine hole matches this season. She was also the medalist in both of the Flint Metro League tournaments this year, with scores of 79 and 81. She finished ninth in the Davison Invitational with an 85 and fifth in the Division 2 regional at Indian Springs with an 85.
Kwiatkowski finished 17th in the Division 2 state finals out of 86 girls that played the first day of the tournament, finishing with an 87.
