NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Village of Lake Orion
Board of Zoning Appeals
A Regular Meeting of the Village of Lake Orion Board of Zoning Appeals will be held on THURSDAY, May 5, 2005, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Lake Orion Village Hall, 37 E. Flint St., Lake Orion, MI 48362
The following application, for Zoning Ordinance variances, will be considered:
Case No. A-02-09 Property Address:215 Bellevue (Sachs/Hudson)
Proposal: To erect a 20? x 24?(480 sq. ft.) detached garage on the north side of the property and to alter and expand a nonconforming structure (existing dwelling) consisting of: 11.2? x 14.7? two (2) story addition and an 11.2? x 23.9? second story addition onto the southwesterly corner of the existing dwelling.
This proposal will require eight (8) variances, as follows:

1. To permit a nonconforming structure to be structurally altered when alterations do not conform to the Zoning Ordinance.
2. To expand and structurally alter an existing nonconforming building.
3. Structural Alterations Exceeding 50% of the 2005 SEV

$ 55,402.00 proposed
$ 13,081.50 variance requested
4. To permit an accessory structure to be located in the required front (lake) yard setback.
