Lake Orion High School coaches Paul Fairman (left, boys swimming coach), Michael Hatch (varsity volleyball coach) and Norm McKee (varsity boys/girls skiing coach) all earned coach of the year recognition this year. Fairman was named OAA Division II Swimming Coach of the Year; Hatch was named OAA Division II Volleyball Coach of the Year, and Eccentric Volleyball Coach of the Year; and McKee was named Regional Ski Coach of the Year and Eccentric Ski Coach of the Year. McKee is also one of three finalist for State Ski Coach of the Year, to be named in August.
