A Macomb County developer, Arrmax Corp. said the corporation is currently in the process of purchasing two parcels–about 2 acres of land– near the southwest corner of Grange Hall Road and M-15 in Groveland Township to construct an 11,000-square-foot building.
Although terms of the deal have not been finalized, Dennis Gannan, a partner from Arrmax, said the new facility may be home to a Rite Aid drug store. Although approval by the Groveland Township Planning Commission has not yet been obtained the state of the art facility, which will include a drive-through pharmacy may be completed by the fall of 2004. Officials from Rite Aid could not be reached for comment.
