Kenneth Sprenger, 73, of Fenton

Kenneth Joseph Sprenger of Fenton, Michigan passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at his home.He was 73 years old.
A Memorial Mass will take place at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 27, 2023 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 6481 Faussett Rd., Howell, Michigan 48855. Father Gregg Pleiness will preside.
A memorial gathering will take place from 2-5 p.m. on Friday, May 26, 2023 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., in Fenton and again from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11 a.m. Saturday.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may direct contributions to the Adopt-A-Pet of Fenton.
Ken was born on March 12, 1950 in Detroit, the son of Walter and Jane (Brookes) Sprenger. He graduated from Walled Lake Central before he graduated from Lawrence Technological University.
Ken and Gloria Rochowiak were united on marriage on Sept. 7, 1996 in Lake Orion. He was the owner and operator of Ultra Precision Components for many years.
Ken loved spending time with his family and was a proud grandpa. He enjoyed golfing, boating and being in the sun.
He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Gloria Sprenger; daughters, Lauren Sprenger, Chelsea (Nicholas) Coccia and Sarah (Nicholas) Voyt; grandchildren, Jack and Court Coccia; siblings, Walter (Cindy) Sprenger, Cathy Forsythe, Sharon (Joe) Carey, Susie (Rick) Sulla, Larry Sprenger, Michael (Jan) Sprenger and Theresa Watson; sister-in-law, Susan (David) Blake; brothers-in-law, James Rochowiak and Robert (Gina) Rochowiak; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Ken was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Joan Mehalko, Patty Sprenger and Barb Higdon; and brother-in-law, John Rochowiak.
