North Oakland VFW Post 334 is considering starting a Ladies Auxiliary and is now assessing how much interest there would be for women to join.
There are currently 581,245 members of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States who are supporting our troops, and that has been the role of this organization since it began in 1914.
Wives, widows, mothers, foster and step-mothers, grandmothers, daughters, granddaughters, sisters and half-sisters of persons who were or are eligible for membership in the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States would be eligible and welcome to join the Ladies Auxiliary.
