The Lake Orion boys varsity tennis team lost to Berkley, 6-3, on April 19, and defeated Lapeer West on April 20, 6-2.
Winning matches against Berkley were singles player Mark Eden, and doubles Tom Lagona and Blake Young, and Spencer Truax and Chuck Towne.
Against Lapeer West, winners were: In singles, Peter Tinetti and Lagona; and in doubles, Eden and Shaun Colver, Ryan Myslakowski and Young, Towne and Jason Thom, and Truax and Evan Wharton.
The team lost to Rochester on April 21, 5-3. Winning singles were Mike Zach and Eden, and doubles were Tinetti and Lagona.
