Senior Olympics volunteers needed

On Monday, July 6, the Lake Orion Horseshoe Club will again be the host for the Michigan Senior Olympics horseshoe competition.
The club needs volunteers that day to help run the singles and doubles events.
Duties include scorekeeping and court maintenance.
Those who are able to devote some hours to help, please let Mike Ardelean, MSO coordinator, know today so he can order your Michigan Senior Olympics volunteer shirt.
Reach him by emailing mikeardelean@wirtzandcompany.com or calling 248-299-8220.
The singles competition begins at 9 a.m. and volunteers should arrive by 8 to 8:15 a.m.
After the singles medals are awarded to the winners, the doubles competition begins and ribbons are awarded to those winners.
The day should wrap up around 2 p.m.
