NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Charter Township of Orion Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 28, 2016 at 7:00 pm in the lower level of the Orion Township Hall, 2525 Joslyn Road, Lake Orion, Michigan 48360, on the following matter:
AB-2016-40, Michael Malover, 3155 Stanton Road, Sidwell #09-05-100-027
The petitioner is requesting three variances from Zoning Ordinance No. 78, Article XXVII:
1. Section 27.02, A, 8, Over 2.5 acres, Maximum Floor Area of Detached Accessory Buildings, requesting: a 280 sq. ft. variance above the allowed 1,400 sq. ft. maximum, to build a 1,680 sq. ft. detached accessory building.
2. Section 27.02, A, 8, Over 2.5 acres, Total Maximum Floor Area of All Accessory Buildings, requesting: a 464 sq. ft. variance above the allowed 1,900 sq. ft. maximum, to build a 1,680 sq. ft. detached accessory building in addition to the 684 sq. ft. attached garage, for a total of 2,364 sq. ft. of all accessory buildings.
3. Section 27.02, A, 5: a 3.08 ft. variance over the height of the principle building height of 12.25 ft. to construct an accessory structure that is 15.33 ft. high.

A complete copy of the proposed ZBA application is on file in the Planning & Zoning Department and may be examined during normal business hours, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, until the date of the public hearing.
