Wallet reported stolen from the General Motors Orion Plant on Giddings Road. A credit card had been illegally used at a gas station before the account was closed.
Breaking and entering reported on Beardon. A garage service door was damaged, but nothing found missing.
Domestic assault arrest on Kelsey.
Uttering and publishing arrests (2) on Baldwin Road. A 45-year-old New York female was trying to pass a bad traveller’s check at the Men’s Wearhouse. The woman matched the description from a previous attempt at a store in Utica. She was arrested, along with her driver, a 43-year-old New York male who was driving without a license.

Home invasion and assault reported on Kimberly. A 16-year-old female was taken from a residence by her 17-year-old boyfriend and her grandmother. The teen was located in Burton, MI.

Disorderly conduct arrest on Casemer. A subject was arrested for littering, public intoxication and disturbing the peace.

Retail fraud arrest at Kohl’s on Baldwin Road. A 22-year-old Independence Township man attempted to leave the store with clothing concealed under his own. He was caught by a loss prevention officer outside of the store.
Light fixtures reported stolen and damage caused at a residence on Ferguson Drive. The landlord/owner believes an evicted couple was responsible.

Monday, April 7, larceny reported that took place at the Lake Orion Police Department on Saturday. A portable breath test (PBT) machine was taken, and through information from a witness, a search warrant was issued for a residence on Broadway. The search was negative and the suspect was not home, but arrived home later and officers made contact with him and the PBT machine was returned. Charges will be sought for larceny.

Resident on Orion Road reported leaving a key in their door that is now missing.
