“Typically, a buyer will tell the seller they are interested in purchasing the property after a showing or open house,” says Wagner.
At that time, a Help-U-Sell counselor will meet with the buyer, ensure they are qualified to purchase the home, and write a purchase contract.
“We take care of all the paperwork, negotiations, inspections, contracts, counter-proposals, manage the transaction through to the closing, and attend the closing,” Wagner says.
Sellers hold open houses because they know their homes and neighborhoods better than anyone else. For an additional fee, a Help-U-Sell counselor can show your property.
“The level of service our clients choose is up to them; they pay only for the services they use,” notes Wagner. “We are licensed real estate professionals and members of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and Metropolitan Consolidated Association of Realtors.”

Wagner, a long-time resident of Lake Orion, serves the communities of Lake Orion, Auburn Hills, Clarkston, and North Oakland County. He is a seasoned veteran of the real estate profession, with more than 10 years of experience.
Previously, Wagner worked in the automotive industry, and has more than 20 years experience in industrial engineering.
