Railroad work to close Edgar

Railroad crossing work on Edgar Road in Springfield Township is now set for the week of Oct. 13. Canadian National Railroad wants to rebuild its crossing at Edgar Road. Traffic will be detoured to Farley Road, by Foster and Andersonville roads. The project should be finished by Oct. 18, said Road Commission for Oakland County.
