This year marks the 10th anniversary of Atlas Real Estate in Goodrich.
The company is growing, with good reason: Clients are so impressed with how they’re treated that they come back, and tell their friends.
‘With more than 182 years of combined experience we can offer our clients a level of expertise above industry standards,? said co-owner Jeff Dawley, broker. ‘There is no substitute for experience.?
Customers agree.
Advertising strategy is outstanding, say clients, but the proof is in the numbers.
Last year, Atlas Real Estate agents handled $60 million in sales, once again surpassing the previous year’s record.
Each of 12 sales associates conducted more than $1 million in sales last year alone, and 286 transactions were closed.
Atlas Real Estate has already earned county-wide recognition.
The company was named the No. 1 independent sales office for Genesee County. It also earned No. 1 ranking among all Genesee County real estate firms in residential vacant land sales.
‘We’ve grown with the communities we serve,? says Dawley, who started the company in 1995 with co-owner and broker Marian Wojtkowicz and six agents.
Now 25 agents handle a wide range of real estate transactions, including highly affordable new single-family homes, estate-type homes, vacant land parcels, farms, developments, condominiums, and commercial property, serving all of Genesee, Lapeer, and Oakland counties.
Representing numerous custom builders, the firm offers new-construction homes in desirable settings, including Chestnut Hills in Davison, Creekside Village in Goodrich, Deer Run Farms in Grand Blanc, Grand Country Estates and Hidden Ridge in Hadley, as well as Strawberry Trail near Baldwin Road in Atlas Township.
This year, Atlas Real Estate will expand its offices with a sizeable addition to the existing M-15 location, says Dawley.
Dawley credits client loyalty for the company’s success, which is earned through excellent customer service.
‘They went above and beyond,? wrote a customer, ‘I’d do business with them again in a heartbeat.?
In addition to worry-free service, Atlas Real Estate is currently offering a unique bonus to current and past home-buyers with a free membership to the Goodrich Country Club, including free equity and waiving of the first year’s dues.
Agents, who live locally, are involved with many aspects of bettering their communities, says Dawley.
Atlas Real Estate agents and staff include Amiee Armstrong, assistant Rebekah Brown, Steve Collin, broker-owner Jeff Dawley, Tim DeLongchamp, Deborah Fisher, Cindy Ford-Getzan, Jim Green, Renee Higdon, Craig Hutchins, Brian Jenks, Debbie Kaighen, Belinda Katulski, Tom Kruger, Linda League, Doug Moors, Lisa Peddycord, David Pittiglio, Teresa Poppeck, D.J. Sirignano, Shawn Smith, Doug Tetmeyer, Brenda Tong, Debbie Wagner, Glenda West, Eileen Williams, and broker-owner Marian Wojtkowicz.
‘We would like to thank our clients for their support, loyalty, and trust over the past 10 years, and we look forward to serving them for many, many years to come,? said Dawley.
