Fire departments from both Brandon and Groveland Township assisted at the Holly Gardens fire on Tuesday. Brandon and Groveland joined other area departments in battling the blaze at the abandoned building, located on Grange Hall Road just west of I-75. According to reports, firefighters from Brandon and Groveland townships were called to the fire at about 8:30 p.m. and remained until 3 a.m. No injuries were reported; arson is suspected.
