Scott Rouse of Clarkston DPW and John Halleran of the Clarkston Rotary Club put Christmas lights down Main Street on Nov. 21. Rotary member Jeff Lichty said the Rotary pays for the lights through their general fund which is supported by community fund-raisers like the recent wine tasting gala. Member Joel DeLong said the Rotary has decorated in downtown Clarkston for over 50 years.
