Floyd Richard (Dick) Mueller was born on June 23, 1952 in Goodrich, Michigan. Floyd passed away April 23, 2025 in Lake Orion, Michigan.
Floyd is preceded in death by his parents Louis and Doris Mueller. Floyd is survived by his brother Frank “Chip” Mueller, sister Dawn (Bob) Modders, sister Linda “Bunny” (Bob) Harm, and brother David (Pat) Mueller.
Floyd is also survived by his wife of 47 years Laurie (Horton), children Jennifer (Ninou) Maidi, Adam (Mary) Mueller, and Samantha (Salah) Chehayeb; grandchildren Alexis (Benjamin) Anderson, Emmaline Shaffer, Ahmed Ruben Maidi, James Mueller, and Sally Chehayeb and great-grandson Levi Anderson.
Dick graduated from Lake Orion High School in 1970. Dick enjoyed cooking, home improvement projects, gardening, cheering for the Tigers, Lions and Wolverines, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a lifelong member of the Community of Christ Church and a minister for 55 years serving as a Deacon, Priest and most recently Elder and was the congregational financial officer for 28 years. Dick retired from General Motors after 34 years.

A visitation and service were held at the Modetz Funeral Home, Orion followed by burial at Christian Memorial Cemetery, Rochester Hills.
