Drivers will soon be able to motor down Randy Fox Drive.
The Oxford Village Council voted 5-0 Tuesday evening to add ‘Randy Fox Drive? as a second name to the newer portion of Mill Street between Stanton and Broadway streets.
Fox, who led the bank for 23 years under the various titles of chairman, president and CEO, passd away Aug. 16 following a 19-month battle with cancer.
The bank offered to contribute approximately $100 to have two street signs installed ? one at each end of the block ? bearing Fox’s name as a memorial tribute.
Mill St. will remain the street’s official name with existing signage staying put.
