The Leonard Village Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 7, 2005, at Rowland Hall, 23 E. Elmwood, at 7:00 P.M. The purpose is to consider rezoning parcels 05-10-278-013/05-10-278-004 from R-2, Residential to C-1, Village Commercial. The property is located at the corner of E. Elmwood (north side) and Whitehead. Petitioner: Sanon Shamoun. All persons wishing to comment may do so in person at the meeting or in writing to Pauline Blanka, P.O. Box 649, Leonard, MI 48367.

The Planning Commission of the Village of Leonard will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 21, 2005 at Rowland Hall, 23 E. Elmwood, Leonard, at 7:00 P.M. We are considering changing Ordinance 19, section 19:04 #29 to read: Location and Variety of all existing trees over six (6) inches in diameter. Presently, it requires identifying all trees 3? in diameter. Any questions, please call the village clerk at 248 628 7380.
