Chili’s celebrates Seuss? 104th

At the Oxford Chili’s Sunday a tall, mischievous feline figure did appear.
But there was no need to fear, for the Cat in the Hat was there to bring cheer.
Five score and four years ago birth was given to the author who created this giant cat of literary fame.
Everyone knows Dr. Seuss was his name.
Hugs and high-fives were exchanged with delighted tots as the Cat in the Hat strolled by.
Although a few wee ones didn’t quite understand him and started to cry.
All in all, everyone in the Chili’s had loads of fun.
And before you knew it, the Cat in the Hat had to run.
But don’t shed tears or sport a fretful look.
He’s always as close as opening a book.
