It was quite an ambitious undertaking but the Oxford Middle School Drama Club put together a smash hit with its Friday night performance of ‘Chateau La Roach.?
The 2?-hour play, directed by Jack Gray, featured the zany antics of an odd hotel staff and their even odder guests as they faced an invasion of cockroaches who are growing larger and evolving thanks to the toxic chemicals sprayed by a goofy exterminator.
Each middle schooler gave a high school level performance in this challenging play, which required plenty of physical comedy and impeccable timing. Bravo to all!
