Two drivers, each believing he had the right of way, collided at the intersection of M-24 & Drahner Rd. Thursday evening.
A 2007 Kia Spectra, driven by a 65-year-old Oxford man, was headed east on Drahner Rd. through the intersection when it struck a 2007 Audi A4, driven by a 32-year-old Oxford man, northbound on M-24.
Each driver claimed he had the green light. Neither was ticketed because it was not possible to determine which driver was at fault. The Spectra left the road and struck a traffic control box on the corner in front of the Oxford Towne shopping center.
