The 2019 Phillips 66 National Championships took place in Stanford, California July 31-August 4.

The five day event culminated for Lake Orion’s Devon Nowicki when he received the gold medal in the 100m breaststroke with a time of 59.69.

Nowicki is a 2015 graduate of Lake Orion High School and currently a swimmer with Michigan Lakeshore Aquatics. — M.K.
