Called meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All Members present.

Invocation, Trustee Flood, Charter Township of Orion. All rose for Pledge of Allegiance.

Heard presentation: SEMCOG – Walk Bike Drive Safe presentation.

Approved payment of bills in the amount of $2,168,834.75, and payrolls of $122,200.20. Total disbursement of funds of $2,291,034.95.

Approved Agenda, as amended. Approved Consent Agenda, as amended.

Approved Minutes, Regular Meeting, October 1, 2018, as presented.

Minutes, Budget Work Session, September 25, 2018, as presented.

Minutes, Budget Work Session, September 27, 2018, as presented.

Minutes, Public Hearing Central Drive Road Improvement SAD#1 Proposed Roll, as presented.

Scheduled CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) Hearing on the CDBG 2019 allocation for Monday, November 19, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.

Received and filed Treasurers Report, as presented.

Received and filed Notice of Solicitation:　 Christ the Redeemer.

Appointed Mr. Tim Williams to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee (PRAC), for a term expiring 12/31/2020.

Set annual fee at $25 for the Temporary Sign Permit for Orion Area Parade Group.

Approved Human Resource Job Description.

Approved IT Right Tech Support Service Contract.

Approved Lake Orion Police Department request to waive Building permit fees.

Appointed Todd Garris to fill a vacancy on the Planning Commission, term expires 12-31-19.

Appointed Trustee Flood and Trustee Steimel to assist Treasurer Steele with making a recommendation for Financial Adviser Investment services.

Authorized the Fire Department to post for two vacant firefighter positions internally two paid on-call firefighters, and starting the application and hiring process.

Received and filed the Police/Fire Reports, as presented.
