There’s a giant spider lurking in Oxford, waiting for parents and kids to get lost in its evil web of . . . corn?
Beginning Saturday, Oct. 1 and running every weekend through the end of the month, Oxford Township Parks and Recreation is operating a corn maze at 2067 N. Oxford Road (about two miles northeast of the high school).
Dubbed the ‘Black Widow? because the seven-acre maze is shaped like a giant spider, the corn puzzle promises to challenge guests of all ages.
Cider, donuts and other fall treats will be for sale courtesy of Oxford’s Harvest Time Farm Market.
Admission is $5 for ages 13 and up; $3 for ages 4-12; and children under 3 get in free.
The ‘Black Widow? corn maze is open from 6 to 8 p.m. on Fridays and from 2 to 8 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
Enter the maze ? if you dare!
